David Orischak, Managing Partner
David Orischak began his career at IBM in 1977. In 1985, Mr. Orischak left IBM to begin a startup business focused on training the Fortune 1000 in the use of desktop software and the development of custom software applications for those same customers. The company grew to 14 locations between Boston and Chicago and was training 1100 people a day when it was sold to Ziff Davis publishing in 1991.
It was that experience that led Mr. Orischak to Penn Valley Group. His background as a founder and operator of a successful technology business puts him in a unique position to help others who have started and grown businesses of their own.
David Bennett, Partner
David Bennett has spent much of his career in the telecommunication and enterprise software space, selling and providing professional services to Fortune 1000 companies, launching new market entries for European software and services firms, and selling to global clients. Partnering with major software publishers, he has also successfully co-founded entrepreneurial start-ups, including a business named in the Entrepreneur Magazine Hot 100 and Inc 500 Fast Growing Private Companies, back in the day anyway. His background working with large clients throughout his career has provided various industry vertical experiences.
