The Managing Partner, David Orischak, began his career at IBM in 1977. In 1985, Mr. Orischak left IBM to begin a startup business focused on training the Fortune 1000 in the use of desktop software and the development of custom software applications for those same customers. The company grew to 14 locations between Boston and Chicago and was training 1100 people a day when it was sold to Ziff Davis publishing in 1991.
It was that experience that led Mr. Orischak to Penn Valley Group. His background as a founder and operator of a successful technology business puts him in a unique position to help others who have started and grown businesses of their own.
